inspiration i get in my lunch time break



小小分享。。 写得不好请别见怪





如往常的, 每天下午1pm 都是我的工作午休时间。由于我很少吃午餐(也许不喜欢吃),上哪儿吃午餐往往都是我最难做的选择。 兜兜转转 转转兜兜后,于是还是选择到某快餐店的“超值午餐”。也许是受到广告影响吧,那间快餐店往往都是很多打工仔, 主妇,小朋友的最爱。





我从亲善的服务员手中拿了我的午餐后,服务员很有礼貌地递给我一张优惠卷。 那张优惠卷的折扣内容不怎么吸引我, 但它的商业手段却让我十分佩服。 只用了两三招 ---- 便能确保那张优惠卷充分的被利用 好过打广告)。







没有客人--就没有生意,没有生意--就要倒闭!







客户往往都是生意的主要动脉。 没有客人--就没有生意,没有生意--就要倒闭!假设你是某间店的老板, 在客户光顾你的店后,你一定会设法“勾引”你的客户以便他门再来光顾你,由此一来你的顾客将越来越多。 但是, 如果客户光顾你的店后,还乖乖地介绍更多的客户给你那不就是更好吗? 





要让客户乖乖的帮你做宣传,而且是不会跟你索尝任何宣传费还蛮困难的。 首先店家要做的是制造“双赢局面” win-win condition )。也就是说,店家会给帮忙介绍客户的客人特别优待 免费午餐, 免费礼品等)。 如此一来, 客户在介绍人后得到了甜头, 就不会觉得自己被利用来宣传了。 那家店的手法其实就是客户介绍法 customers referral)。也许你们的脑海里会问, 客户介绍的那些人会是你将来的客户吗?





你的怀疑一点也没有错,但是店家也不是笨蛋,不会做亏本生意的。 所谓物以类聚, 人以群分。客户如果要介绍人到某些店家消费,往往都是从他们身边的人下手。 他们身边的朋友往往都是相同身份,相同收入并且有可能相同嗜好或是相同品位的。所以店家的如意算盘打得响响 稳稳的利用客户,省下广告费 并且得到更多的利润。

Problem solving skills ~ DO IT

Some sharing with you all regarding Problem Solving skills.Most of us encounter more than one problem a day, however, some of us are unaware of the way to solve it tactfully.
Here are some of the sharing with you all regarding how to solve a problem more systematically. Most of us are ultilizing our Left brain to solve problem, that including 4 major steps:
Define
Defining the problem and set the prospective goals / outcomes you wish to get. For example,we should try to focus on the cause of the menace like asking wh questions so that you know more about the problems and possible ways to solved it.
Open
Open thinking is imperatively important in problem solving. Asking other peoples' opinions or putting yourself in other peoples' shoe might help to have the clearer picture on the overal situation.
Identify
After figuring out all the possible solutions to solve the problems, we should identify which one is the best for solving the problems. We can also intergrate more than one solution, synergise the idea as to synthesize the best remedy and formulation for rectifying the problems
Transform
Lastly, we need to transform the remedy into actions. Besides , it is better to repeat DO IT procedure to figure out the preventive measures so that this problem can be kept at bay in future.
